We cannot say enough great things about Rodrigo as a wedding photographer. From day one and throughout, he was patient with us and our many questions. He is very organized, and in fact built out the whole timeline of events from beginning to end just from us telling him the ceremony was at 4pm. We used that as the basis of our plan for the day, and sent it to all of the other vendors to coordinate. That in and of itself was extremely useful, and one less thing for us to worry about.
We started working with Rodrigo a year out, and he met us at the venue after the intial call. We walked through the venue and he suggested where to take photos, and gave us ideas for first look/ touch, ring pictures, etc. We spoke with Rodrigo several times as we tweaked the photos we wanted, and he was always a calm and reassuring presence.
On the day of the wedding, he was everywhere he needed to be at exactly the right moment. He caught some great staged shots, as well as many candid moments. But he did so without getting in the way at all, and we in fact hardly were aware of his presence most of the night.

His calm demeanor and organized approach provided our wedding party and guests with fun and efficient photo opportunities that will last us a lifetime. If you’re looking for a professional photographer with great customer service for your wedding, engagement, birthday, family pictures, or any reason in between, search no more. Rodrigo Ereno is a phenomenally talented photographer, provides quick, flexible, and professional customer service to his clients, and is someone I would highly recommend for any photography service.
My husband and I hired Rodrigo after searching for a wedding photographer on the Cape for our February 2021 wedding at the Ocean Edge Resort and Mansion. Rodrigo was the first photographer to quote us after we reached out to several photographers (his response was within a few hours of my initial email) and was the most reasonably priced for the package we received. This package included, in total, around 400 pictures (including both an engagement and Mr. & Mrs. shoot) that we had full rights and access to. My husband and I were engaged in August of 2020, during the pandemic, and married this past February (2021) when the Covid pandemic ramped back up and gathering capacity in Massachusetts was at no more than 10 people indoors. Due to this, our wedding date changed, as well as our venue (twice) just a little over a month before wedding was scheduled. Upon hearing of this change, Rodrigo was willing to
drive to our new venue (3 hours from Chatham, one-way), and even tried to change his previous commitment for our new date, but unfortunately was not able to. However, he immediately went over the terms of the contract regarding refunds should a change like this occur, as well as other possibilities for photo sessions. As an alternative, he offered to travel on a new wedding date (with no specific timeframe) for a future reception, party, provide a family photoshoot, a Mr. and Mrs. photoshoot, or another service like this of our choosing to satisfy our contract. He was so understanding and flexible of our changes, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied!
In the end, we were married without a professional photographer, and instead agreed to enjoy a Mr. & Mrs. photoshoot while on our honeymoon at the Ocean Edge resort with Rodrigo. We are so pleased with the way these pictures came out! He was flexible with our scheduling during our trip, provided us with tips and tricks for great wedding photographs, and inadvertently allowed us to play “dress-up” as the bride and groom for another day! Rodrigo was familiar with the resort where we stayed on our
honeymoon and arranged for us to take pictures in several different areas of the property which made for beautiful keepsake pictures. As part of the quoted package, Rodrigo also provided us with about 200 pictures of our engagement shoot, where he met us in Boston for an almost 2-hour session two months prior to our wedding. We had these pictures within 3 days of the photoshoot, and they perfectly captured moments of love and happiness we want to remember forever. They were professionally done and did not have “red-tape” attached (limit on number of downloads, watermarks, restrictions on sharing/printing, etc.) They were shared with us on a very easy-to-use and navigate link to our personal online gallery that provided us the ability to download, print, and share with our loved ones.
Rodrigo helped to make our wedding journey enjoyable and provided us with memories and beautiful photographs that will last a lifetime. He was approachable, easy to reach and talk to, flexible, reasonably priced, professional, understanding, and incredibly talented – all the things we looked for in a wedding photographer. Recently, we had the wonderful experience working with Rodrigo Ereno Photography for our daughters' High School Senior pictures. Being from out of state, Rodrigo was a very solid communicator regarding his skills, abilities, offered services, contracting options, and responding to our questions. We selected our date, time, and location coordinating schedules. Rodrigo offered suggestions on what type of accessories could be included and also allowed us to incorporate a few family photos that we could use for a holiday card.
Rodrigo is a very personal, calm and comforting gentleman, which really helped ease some of our daughter's nerves regarding working with a professional photographer. He provided clear and concise instructions for various poses, and would often show her a photo of a specific pose for her to attempt to reproduce. Needless to say, we have been absolutely blown away with the final outcome of the photo shoot. While the contract stated we would have our photos within a few weeks, Rodrigo was able to provide the complete photo album of 150 pictures in approximately 3 days.
Rodrigo has a very keen eye for incorporating natural lighting and shadows to accentuate specific points in the photos, regardless of angle of the shot. Standing, kneeling, laying on the ground, and standing in the surf, Rodrigo knows how to achieve the best in his subjects. He'll do what needs to be done, to achieve perfection.

We had a really relaxing photo shoot! He made sure he had captured any scenarios, preferences, likes and dislikes we had in mind. Rodrigo did a photo shoot for three generations of my family ranging in age from 3 to 88 while we vacationed together on Cape Cod this past July. We signed up for a forty-five minute session with the stated goal of getting at least one good photo of all of us where no one was blinking and everyone was smiling and natural.
Rodrigo more than delivered on that goal and exceeded all of our expectations. With his artistic eye, easy, relaxed manner, plentiful ideas for the most flattering ways and places to pose, and his eye for detail and lighting, we ended up with some of the most beautiful family photos we've ever taken. Not only that, he took some great shots of nuclear families, candids of the kids and headshots of the adults in the time we'd set aside, he was extremely patient and happily went a few minutes beyond our allocated time for the session to ensure that he had caught everything we were looking to get out of the photo shoot.
The picture gallery he produced was sent to us in extremely short order (maybe a week later?) and the best part? Unlike other photographers we've worked with, he gave us all of the photos -- just download and develop with whomever we want without having to pay him for the prints! Our family loved working with Rodrigo and from here on out he will be our "go to" photographer whenever we are on the Cape.
